General terms and definitions

  1. Policy — this privacy policy, which describes the User data used in the Application and the purpose of use.
  2. Agreement — User agreement that describes the terms of use of the Application.
  3. Application or Service — mobile application “StreamObs”.
  4. Application Developers — individual entrepreneur, having the property rights on the Application: Sole Proprietorship Denis Petrovich Chepil ( TIN 631202636082, PSRNSP 317470400060386).
  5. User — any person who has installed and opened the Application.
  6. User content — photos, video and screenshots that the User make with application.

This Policy describes what user data is collected and how it is stored and used in the Application. By using the Application, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed with how the Service Developers collect, store, use personal information in accordance with the description in the Policy.

1. How User Data is collected and used

The application uses the following types of User data:

  1. Information that the User provides himself. This data includes:
    1. Custom content for further distribution. Includes screenshots, photos and video materials that are used by the user. The application does not store or transfer content anywhere, except for data transfer via USB connection to the user's computer. In fact, the application performs the function of accessing the device’s camera (the user's phone or tablet). The control of data transfer from the application to the computer is carried out by the user. The user of the application is responsible for receiving User Content, its storage and distribution.
    2. Texts of technical support requests.
    3. User’s email and/or phone number. User share this information himself when sends email to the support.

  2. Technical information that the Application collects and uses:
    1. Device ID. Device IDs are small data files stored on a device or connected with it. With these IDs, the Application uniquely identifies the mobile device and delivers Gifts and notifications to Users according to this information.
    2. Non-personal statistical data. With the User's permission, the Service collects statistics about the device model, operating system version, data about clicking and selecting elements within the Application (for example, clicking on a template or category) and uses third-party services (analytical systems, for example, AppMetrica) to collect and analyze such information. The statistical data collected is non-personal and cannot be used to identify a User or see its content. This statistical data is collected to clarify User preferences, to constantly improve the Service and to fix bugs in work of the Application.
    3. Logs. These are automatic reports that are generated after User actions in the system, stored within the Service and deleted at regular intervals. Analysis of the errors of the Service is based on these logs.

2. User Data Transfer

  1. To whom the Service may transfer the User data. Service Developers may provide non-personal statistical data about the use of the Service in statistical systems, as well as to business partners, consultants and service providers, who may provide services to Users on behalf of the Service or for joint promotions and contests. The information transferred does not include personal information, User content or Gifts created by Users.
  2. To whom the User may transfer his/her data. The User can use the created Gifts in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and share the created video with friends on social networks, messengers, and download files. The final Gift file is stored on the servers of the Service and remains available via a direct link in free access.
  3. Cases where the Service Developers are required to transfer User data. In case of violation of the terms of the Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Service Developers are obliged to provide User data available, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in order to protect the rights, property or personal safety of other Users.

2. User Data Transfer

  1. To whom the Service may transfer the User data. Service Developers may provide non-personal statistical data about the use of the Service in statistical systems, as well as to business partners, consultants and service providers, who may provide services to Users on behalf of the Service or for joint promotions and contests. The information transferred does not include personal information, User content created by Users.
  2. To whom the User may transfer his/her data. The User can use the created user content in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and share the created video with friends on social networks, messengers, via other video streaming platforms.
  3. Cases where the Service Developers are required to transfer User data. In case of violation of the terms of the Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Service Developers are obliged to provide User data available, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in order to protect the rights, property or personal safety of other Users.

4. User Data Control

  1. The User may permit or prohibit the collection of statistical data.

6. Change in Policy
